  報告摘要

Adventures in Chemical Biology From in vivo chemistry to real-time optical medical imaging

My talk will be a potpourri of my groups research interests, that illustrate our capabilities and interdisciplinarity. Specifically:

(i). I will describe the development of unnatural chemistries carried out inside cells, with studies that include the formation of both new C-C bonds, the in situ synthesis of drugs and the in celluo generation of nanoparticles.

(ii). I will describe some of the work in which we have deployed a variety of fluorescent technologies  - including fluorescent molecules - for in vivo use. My talk will discuss the application of these technologies, including first in-human studies.
