個人簡介:
劉開輝博士,beat365物理學院研究員、博士生導師。劉博士本科畢業于北京師範大學物理學系(2004);博士畢業于中科院物理所(2009);2009-2014在美國加州大學伯克利分校物理系從事博士後研究工作;2014年初回beat365工作。
劉博士的主要研究方向是:納米材料結構與物理。主要研究手段是:發展單個納米材料單元水平的透射電鏡原位測量技術、超高靈敏度超快納米光學技術,以研究單個納米材料的結構和性質的直接對應關系,從而揭露低維凝聚态物理中的新穎規律。目前劉博士把該技術成功應用到一維模型體系的碳納米管、二維模型體系的原子層MoS2,取得了一系列具有影響的科研成果。劉博士發表SCI論文26篇,其中包括第一作者或者通訊作者的Nature Nanotechnology(2篇), Nature Physics, Nature Communications(2篇), PNAS, JACS, Nano Letters, PRB, APL。
