個人簡介:

beat365官方网站教授、博士生導師。吉林大學學士(1996-2000),beat365博士(2000-2005),美國斯坦福大學博士後(2005-2009)20096月到beat365工作至今。一直從事納米材料化學與納米器件研究,當前研究興趣包括石墨烯與拓撲絕緣體納米結構等二維晶體材料的制備方法、化學調制與光電器件應用基礎研究。已發表SCI收錄論文80餘篇,影響因子超過8的論文40餘篇,包括Nature子刊(8)J. Am. Chem. Soc. (7)Nano Lett. (15)、 Adv. Mater. (4)Phys. Rev. Lett. (1)ACS Nano (5)Small (6)Acc. Chem. Res. (1)Coord. Chem. Rev.(1),論文被引用逾3000次,單篇最高他引1000餘次。曾獲中國分析測試協會科學技術一等獎(2005年,第二完成人),入選教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計劃”(2011年),獲批國家首批優秀青年基金獲得者(2012年)、中組部首批青年拔尖人才計劃(2012年)、霍英東教育基金會青年教師基金(2014年)、國家青年973項目首席科學家(2014年)。近5年來,在國際及雙邊重要學術會議上做邀請報告30餘次,籌劃和組織國際和雙邊會議6次。擔任中國化學會納米化學專業委員會委員和青年化學工作者委員會委員。

主要從事納米材料化學與納米器件研究,當前研究興趣包括石墨烯與拓撲絕緣體納米結構等二維晶體材料的制備方法、化學調制與光電器件應用基礎研究:

1)二維Dirac材料(石墨烯、拓撲絕緣體納米結構)的控制生長、化學改性、異質結構與光電器件

2)新型二維晶體材料及其光電性質

3)納米材料在柔性電子學、量子調控和能源領域應用基礎研究
