科研領域及興趣

本課題組緻力于探索和構建新穎的分子識别體系,發展實時、在線的熒光分析方法,為生命科學研究、臨床檢驗、環境監測和食品安全監控提供高效的分析測量手段。目前的主要研究方向:

  1. 核酸酶與核酸相互作用的分子機理研究;
  2. 活細胞的不同亞細胞區室内核酸修複蛋白的原位熒光成像和結構解析;
  3. 基因損傷、基因突變、多重微生物基因序列的超高靈敏檢測;
  4. 多聚蛋白分子印迹識别材料的制備方法和應用。
