科研領域及興趣
發展、整合和運用多種分析和成像方法,包括單分子液相電鏡、光學成像、核磁譜學分析以及微流控芯片等,實現時間、空間分辨率兼備的單分子全構型成像以及多尺度微觀動态成像;以多學科交叉思維(分析,高分子,物化,軟物質物理),研究重要的非平衡化學體系和生化過程,包括反應與網絡、生物大分子相互作用和錯修機制、高分子體系與外場作用反饋等,從“單”粒子和“多”粒子綜合探索非平衡體系區别于平衡态的微觀物理規律(運動,自組織,能量轉換,對外場響應)等。
