研究領域
圍繞神經化學生物學開展交叉學科研究,長期緻力于發展化學探針技術,解析參與神經活動的生物大分子、生物物理信号及化學信号轉導過程。具體研究方向包括三個方面:一是發展熒光膜電位探針,實現在高時空分辨下對神經動作電位的可視化觀測;二是發展基于酶催化和光催化的生物偶聯反應,原位标記和高通量鑒定亞細胞結構中的轉錄組與蛋白質組;三是針對上述化學工具發展定向進化技術,實現高效的蛋白質工程改造。這些成果能夠為高時空分辨觀測神經元活動、解析精細細胞結構提供新的研究工具。
