研究領域及興趣:
應用基于分子振動和電子躍遷的線性和非線性光譜技術在分子層面上研究生物大分子的折疊機理、結構、構象動力學、功能以及它們之間的關系。目前的研究方向包括但不限于:
- 發展基于非天然氨基酸的光譜探針;
- 發展基于非天然核酸的光譜探針;
- 發展基于能量或電子轉移的分子尺;
- 研究各種環境條件對生物分子的折疊、聚集、反應、和動力學的影響;
- 用非天然氨基酸或核酸調控生物化學反應;;
- 研究光敏蛋白質結構動力學和功能的關系;
- 發展基于散射的多維振動光譜技術;
- 發展基于化學反應的成像技術。
