Palladium-Catalyzed, One-Pot, Three-Component Approach to a-Alkynyl Indoles from o-Bromo-(2,2-dibromovinyl)benzenes, Terminal Alkynes and Arylamines

a-Alkynyl indoles were efficiently synthesized in one pot from o-bromo- (2,2-dibromovinyl)benzenes, terminal alkynes, and arylamines via a palladium-catalyzed three-component coupling process.
We are recently working on the preparation and synthetic applications of polyhalo compounds, expecting cooperative effect among those polyfunctional groups.

本研究室開展了雙金屬有機試劑研究作為雙金屬有機試劑研究的基礎,我們建立了一些合成多官能團有機化合物如多鹵和多硼化合物的方法。為了進一步拓展這些多鹵和多硼化合物在有機合成中的應用,發現多官能團在反應中的協同效應,我們開展了過渡金屬催化的交叉偶聯反應研究。本論文是相關工作之一。
