1-Lithio-1,3-dienes as Useful Building Blocks in Organic Synthesis

  Both intermolecular reactivities towards C-O and C-N unsaturated substrates and intramolecular reactions of various 1-lithio-1,3-dienes are briefly summarized. Results reveal that intramolecular synergy between the alkenyllithium moiety and the butadienyl skeleton make 1-lithio-1,3-diene derivatives useful and unique as building blocks in organic synthesis. It is demonstrated that substitution patterns and the nature of the substituents on the butadienyl skeleton have remarkable effects on reaction pathways.

  本文簡要綜述了有關1-锂-1,3-丁二烯衍生物反應的最新進展。就1-锂-1,3-丁二烯衍生物而言,至少有三個反應位點:1)烯基锂部分,2)1,3-丁二烯骨架,3)X取代基。我們發現,1-锂-1,3-丁二烯衍生物能夠發生許多不同于普通有機锂試劑的反應,能與不飽和C-O和C-N化合物發生分子間和分子内的反應,這些特殊反應性能主要是由于碳-锂鍵和丁二烯共轭骨架之間的“協同效應”以及丁二烯共轭骨架上的取代基所緻。
