張文雄200710月從日本理化學研究所回到beat365化學與分子工程學院有機所工作,任副教授,在席振峰院士課題組開展科研工作,2016年晉升為教授,2017年獲得國家傑出青年科學基金。通過國際評估等程序,20211始,在beat365beat365無機所建立稀土金屬有機化學課題組英文名稱Chemistry of Carbon˗Rare Earth Metals簡稱:CCREM課題組)任課題組長/PICCREM課題組秉承CCREM (Confidence/自信Cooperation/協同Renovation/創新Enthusiasm/激情Mission/擔當)文化和協同管理理念本課題組圍繞高活性稀土金屬有機雜環的合成、結構表征、成鍵模式及對小分子的活化和反應機理開展系列研究:首次實現了稀土金屬雜環戊二烯高張力稀土金屬雜環丙烯雙钐雜環戊烯的高效合成實現了稀土金屬有機雜環雙金屬試劑促進的白磷出發直接構建有機膦化合物;發現了首例稀土金屬休克爾芳香性化合物。在工作基礎上,拟開展:1避開傳統的氯化路線,建立簡單、高效的白磷活化方法直接構建有機膦化合物2)新的稀土金屬有機雜環的合成并研究與小分子,如白磷,COCO2,氧氣等的反應性和催化活性。

課題組誠聘博士後研究人員1-4科研助理1-4要求在有機合成化學、金屬有機化學、或過渡金屬配位化學、或光化學、或電化學、或磁分子材料化學研究領域有較好的工作積累集中開展白磷的選擇性斷鍵直接構建有機膦化合物稀土金屬有機雜環的合成功能研究
